Globalization world has been viewed as impact of the advancement of technology information especially in the use of cyberspace as an electronic media communication to spread out information across the world. As one of many definitions said that globalization is a major shift of economic and political power to the supranational level, primarily due to technological innovation The innovation of information technology brings implication on such aspect of the state as national sovereignty, for instance, in respect to trade barriers avoidance and state's jurisdiction, for example in case of cyber crime.
