Isi artikelIn the distributed database system, replication is carried out to increase availability of data in order to overcome data failure problems in certain sites and to improve system performance. This research aims to study better performance among three algorithms, they are Quorum Consistency, Read One Write All, and Consistency Calculation. A simulation program has been developed to analyze the differences among the three algorithms. Based on duration of time to reach consistency, it has been shown that generally Consistency Calculation algorithm is better than the others. In the other hand, if the percentage of reading transaction is greater than 78 percent, Read One Write All algorithm is better.
