Isi artikelABSTRACT This study examined teachers' satisfaction with their principals' interpersonal communication. The specific variables studied were teachers' satisfaction with principals' communication, teachers' satisfaction with principals' feedback, and teachers' perceived adequacy of their principals' instructions. The results indicated that teachers' communication satisfaction with their principals varied with teachers' ages and gender. Furthermore, the variable adequacy of principals' instructions varied with teachers' ages and gender. Finally, total years of teaching experience contributed the most to female teachers' and to male teachers' communication satisfaction; for male teachers, however, advanced academic education inhibited communication satisfaction with principals.
