Gamma ray radiation causes biological effect that able to destroy somatic and genetic cell. The biological effect can be directly identified through ionization of tissue molecules and indirectly through free radicals and hydrogen peroxide. The excessive reaction of free radicals produce MDA which can be used as free radicals indicator indirectly. The existing excessive free radicals can produce lipid radical and peroxide, that can damage cell wall.
