The level of mercury content in hair of 10 textile workers, 10 farmers, 8 dentists and 8 senior students (as control) have been evaluated. The mercury content in hair was determined by using Neutron Activation Analysis technique. The samples were irradiated in the Lazy Susan position for 6 hours using a Triga Mark II type nuclear reactor as the neutron sources of 5 x 10.10 n cm-2s-1 neutron flux.
