Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate (MMR/IMR) were affected by very complex factors. So it is important that in order to decrease the problem, the other sector out of The Health Departement should be involved. Government has established a various inter sector cooperation to increase maternal and children health. The study aimed to get description of the realization of inter sector cooperation to increase maternal and children health, contribution each sector, support from executive and legislative, effort of Health District, and inhibiting factors of the cooperation.
