This research is to design and improve an over-load prevention system of the truck crane by using Genetic algorithm (GA) and Extension theory. From the dynamic equations, we can find out the critical danger value of the dynamic parameters by using GA and define the dependent function of Extension theory. The most important work of this research is to solve the coupling problems between the boom lengths, raise angle and rotation angle of the truck crane in order to avoid dangerous situation caused by over-load. The simulated results are presented and discussed in this paper. The results show the possibility of applying the extension theory in Artificial Intelligent and automatic control.
