Isi artikelThe flexibility will be lowered concurrently with age and disappeared instantly during inactivity. Flexibility of women are better then men but it disappears sooner while in rest. The exercise is regarded to be able to improve joint mobility. Tai chi is a slow motion breathing exercise where muscles are stretched in a relaxed posture. It is claimed that the work out could improve muscular skeletal system.
