Efforts to find out male contraceptive agent extracted from plan have been conducted by a lot of researchers, but the results are still far than satisfactory. One of the prospective plant is Garnicia mangostana. Infusa of the young mango is assumed to be able to decrease the sperm quality i.e. motility, viability and integrity of sperm membrane. The purpose of this study is to know how far the spermaticide effect of Garnicia mangostana.
