To address this problem, we propose a novel Control-Theoretic adaptive streaming scheme for stored video. Since the main objective of adaptive streaming scheme is to prevent the client buffer underflow and overflow which can be modelled as BIBO stability, this paper proposes detailed BIBO stability analysis of the adaptive streaming scheme.
