People awareness of the importance of insurance has been growing and insurance product become more flexible in order to meet the consumer demand. This research specifically talking about the influence of consumer satisfaction and trust to the commitment and consumer loyalty on motor vehicle insurance product in PT. Asuransi Dayin Mitra, Tbk Consumer satisfaction occasionally became the indicator to predict whether consumer will do the repeat buying of product or service from a company. Consumer who are satisfied and have a trust to the company tend to be loyal consumer of a company. The form of commitment and loyalty could vary, such as give recommendation to their close people, renew their policy, etc. The results of this research indicate that consumer satisfaction has a significant relationship with commitment and loyalty, it also indicate that trust has a significant relationship with commitment and loyalty. Other result of this research is that commitment has a significant relationship with loyalty. Overall, customer satisfaction and trust level in PT. Asuransi Dayin Mitra, Tbk is “Good”.
