Isi artikelIn a recent study, we have presented a robust control scheme for the three-axis attitude stabilization of rigid spacecraft with inertia uncertainties. In the present paper, the previous robust control scheme is extended to the nonlinear optimal attitude control of rigid spacecraft. The attitude motion of rigid spacecraft described in terms of either the Cayley-Rodrigues parameters or the Modified Rodrigues parameters is considered. A numerical example is given to illustrate the theoretical results presented in this paper.
