Isi artikelArticle 5 of the Water Act no 7/2004 recognizes the right to water for basic individual daily need of water for everyone. However, there is no other provision in the Water Act that elaborates on how the right should be exercised. Consequently, in enforcing the right to water, people need other legal instruments. This research focuses on the alternative legal instruments which are available to be employed in enforcing the right to water.
