Architecture is always exists culturally in relation to written and spoken language and is design and built according to pattern of thinking. Sustainability has led to a revision of the way we view of traditional or vernacular wisdom. Vernacular building pursues the relationship between the theoretical and practical knowledge that covers the physical and non physical characteristics of a particular location or place. The physical aspect of inherited knowledge are connected with human versus nature dialogue, in terms of appropriate responses to environment factors such as the variations of climate, topography and the limitation of materials. On the other hand the non physical aspects refers to culture and technology, social relations in the communal existence, and the collective wisdom that goes to make up a record of the history of the people. Thus vernacular building expresses the specific nature of the specific culture and can employ numerous forms that symbolize the relationship between humans, society and the natural and built environments they live in.
