In this paper, the robustness problem has been investigated for a class of linear systems with delayed perturbations. A new sufficient condition on the robust stability is first presented in the form of matrix inequalities. Then, by using the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, an algorithm for determining robust stability bounds of the perturbed systems is developed. Applying this algorithm can produce less conservative results. We have also addressed the exponential stability problem of the time-delay systems.
