The secondary antiphospholipid syndrome coexisting with other disease such as autoimmune systemic disease, haemolytic disturbance, liver disturbance. infection, neurologic disturbance, and habitual abortion which affects women more than men. the diagnose approach of antiphospholipid syndrome with ELISA method which measure IgG and IgM B2-GPI dependent of anticardiolipin antibody is the recommended choice because it is more sensitive. In contrast, to the method which measures lupus anticoagulan antibody is more specific. However, the specificity of cardiolipin antibody rises as the increasing of IgG and IgM tier.
