Isi artikelA city needs to be marketed to attract qualified consumers to support the city’s life. The natural city marketing is by following life cycle of the city itself. One of the elements in the city’s life is cluster that can be as a source in city’s competitiveness and capabilities (Kotler, et al 2002). For that reason, a cluster of small industry becomes an important part of a city’s life. Thus, this paper will explain the role’s of cluster of small industry in city marketing. Based on analysis on the growth pattern of cluster of small industry, we find that a cluster can attract investors, productive employees, and even tourists.
