In this paper, the robust exponential stabilization problem for large-scale systems with uncertainties is studied. The uncertainties appearing in each subsystem may be time-varying and state dependent. We develop a method to construct state feedback controllers which ensure the robust stability of the closed loop system under the conditions weaker than the matching condition. The cases where the matching condition is satisfied are considered in detail. An example is included to show the solution methods.
