This article describes five realms in the modern time in which the Church tries to respond with a new attitude and awareness; human rights, the ubiquity of the grace of God, the poor, justice and the culture of peace, and the existence and validity of other world-religions. It is believed that the Church's new attitude and awareness stem from aperennia belief that Ecclesia semper reforamanda, the Chruch always reforms itself through the course of history.
