The growth of the Islamic law capital market (syariah) does not significantly develop in Indonesia. This condition is very contra productive viewed from the amount of about 220 million of the Indonesian population and 80% of them are Moslem. Actually Indonesian country with that amount of Moeslem majority is considered as a potential market to develop Islam law capital market. The objectives of this article is to socialize and discuss the prospect of the Syariah capital market in Indonesia.
