The discrete T-S fuzzy systems with constant input vector are considered in this paper. Based on the class of fuzzy models, the mutuality of each feedback gains can be ignored. Hence, the stability conditions of T-S fuzzy systems can be reduced, and it is easier to design the feedback gains for each rule. In this paper, a non-LMI design technique is used to solve the associated Lyapunov equations, which is based on the generalized inverse technique and genetic algorithm.
