Isi artikelIn the globalization era nowadays, business development is inline with the changing dynamic. The professional leadership model as the new paradigm leadership base on the changing and the entrepreneurships needed which the orientation is on the target effectively and resource efficiency to arhieve the goal reformation. The objective of this research is to describe the new paradigm of leadership model and working performance effective in the organization. The method used library research and field research. The result shows that the increasing of the organization productivity, the employee satisfaction, and reformation exist by the changing of the new paradigm leadership model.
