Abstract
PT. Plasindo Lestari is an industry company that grown in printing film packaging. Flexible packaging Oops is the new order product. There are four type of deffect :foggy ,unsmooth, spoil ,inflated perforated. Percentage of deffect of flexible packaging Oops is the main factor that should get more attention. High percentage deffect of flexible packaging Oops always happened because of the machine setting method is trial error. The goal of this experiment is to find the factors that give significant effect and optimum setting of that factors. CTQ Flow Down as a conceptual model of project objectives is being used to make explicit and structure the rationale underlying the project. In design experiment, Entropi method is used in selection process of factors. Taguchi as an analysis method in design experiment, is also being used to find that significant factors. And Continous Improvement tools such as PDCA and CTQ Flow Down to find the conceptual model for percentage of defect, as function of that factors in optimal setting condition. From calculation and analyze the optimum setting condition for each factors are Chamber Temperature 75°C , Tension 7.1 kg , Speed 140 RPM, Chiller Temperature 14°C , and Unwinder 80%.
