The handling of people with social welfare problem (PMKS) is the action taken by the DKI Jakarta Province Government to create the orderliness and regularity condition in Jakarta city, and to give the service and social development and mental spiritual to the PMKS in order to achieve their proper life. The objective of this article is to describe the implementation of the policy and the efforts of the DKI Jakarta Government in order to regulate and control PMKS.
