Lack of coordination among the various Muslim, Hindu, and Christian agencies led to overlapping and a minimal impact. Therefore to provide total family care through integrated health, welfare, and educational services and to raise the economic level of the population, the first task was to involve these agencies in the planning process and to achieve a team approach to the problems.
