Motivation and Incentive are the factors which influence activity from Marketer and Business in Services sectors such as: Property Agent. Achievement motivation has sense as urging in doing his duty by himself as well as He achieves a Reward with notation praise. Incentive is another form from direct compensation that has direct relationship between Marketer Motivation. It is a kind of the realization of the duty in gaining the purpose. Motivation Indicator is developed, i.e.: Having high responsibility, having the braveness to take a risk, having realistic purpose, having simultaneous job description, and gaining the purpose hardly, exploiting the contrite feedback in all activities also looking for a chance to realize the Programmed Planning. Incentive Indicator variable are: The increasing of Skill base, to increase the Commitment,Cultural,changes,Brand, to increase employee motivation, and also to help the efficiency of labor. Marketer Working Indicator such as; the work speed, service condition, and the Value reached. The research result of the correlation of motivation and incentive input towards Marketer motivation in Ray White Bintaro III and Karawaci, are: a. The Marketer is satisfied because of the company efforts in supporting motivation. b. In All Incentive application, Marketer argues that the incentive that is given by company is as usual. c. The Marketer’s performance condition in carrying out his task and his accountability in Ray White Bintaro III and Karawaci’s areas have not reach an optimum level. d. The above resume indicates that there is differences when marketer's opinion is separated based on their working condition. e. Marketer generally assumes that the Marketer Motivation stated by company correlates in giving motivation to the marketer, and Incentive given by company to their marketer. f. If Ray White Bintaro tested separately, the supporting of the incentive and motivation will correlate to Marketer motivation significantly. Meanwhile, The incentive of Ray White Karawaci is significant to the marketer, but the motivation support does not correlate to marketer motivation significantly.
