| This research is conducted at PT X, that is company which active in construction effort, developer, real estate and commerce of public. The company stand up in the year 1972, and until now PT X have employees counted 1452 people. In line with existence of monetary crisis which knock over Asian area, hence writer assume require to analyse of company's finance performance as a mean to know ability of company to keep watch over the condition of their finance. The data which is used as analysis material taken from monetary annual report of PT X and companies of comparator of year 1997 up to 2001. While monetary analysis of PT X conducted by using monetary ratio analysis, like liquidity ratio, activity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability analysis and also expected growth analysis and bank analysis. Then, this analysis is stereghtened with conducting the comparison between monetary ratio of PT. X and monetary ratio of companies of comparator (industrial norm). From conducted analysis result, writer take some conclusions that monetary crisis give downhill impact of monetary performances to company which have same sector with PT. X. This seen that PT.X and Industrial norm find difficulties liquidity to defray operational activity and fulfilling short-range monetary obligation. Downhill effect performance of PT.X resulting the company to bankruptcy. |
