A case Erythtrokeratoderma Variabilis in a 20 year-old javanese girl was reported. Since she was 3 months years old had been found reddish patches on her buttock, and then it turned to brownish pathes. after 6 years old, the patches had been also found on her elbow and knee. Recently, if she felt too tired, the brownish patches turned to red in color but it only last for a while. there was erytematous macules, polycyclic, symmetric and sharply marginated. the histopatholgy revealed an erthrokeratoderma variabilis. based on typical history and clinical appearancethe diagnosis was established. the patient was treated topically with tretinoin cream 0,05 % and urea cream 10% daily. the improvement was noted 1 month after treatment and totaly regression had been achieved 2 month after treatment. Furthermore, the treatment used urea1 % cream only, if there was no sign of recurrence.
