Strobilanthes crispus is a herbal plant that can usually be used as diuretic substance. The aims of the research are to find out the effect of oral intake of the leaf Strobilanthes crispus extract on the level of glucose and creatinine in urine of mice. Complete random design is used in this research by employing 12 mice of 3 categories, and each category consist of three replications.
