For the purpose of conducting a comprehensive study and analysis on the role of international cooperation in preventing and overcoming cybercrime, including cyber pornography, first of all it is important to have some background information in the form of facts and data concerning the recent development of cybercrime both at the international and national level. In addition, there is a need to formulate the scope of cyber crime that requires further attention in the context of promoting international cooperation.
