Managing the diversity of cultures, religions and ethnicities in Indonesia, need to be patient, expertise and well teamwork from the entire nation. The goal of the research is to investigate the reason and effect of the conflict between Madura and Dayak ethnics in central Kalimantan in 2001, and the activities of Center and Local Government, including police, in solving these problems. Library methodology had been conducted to do this research.
