Election is a democratic instrument to create government or national leadership. Throughout election, the people are given the opportunity to choose a figure and direction af a country leadership in a specific period. In essence, election is an instrument for legitimacy of leadership. There are two types of leadership produced by the election: the representative for institution (legislative) and for government (executive) . The leaders who can no longer be trusted are replaced by the new one whom people can trust more. This becomes important because previous leaders whose leadership or governing period is not limited can lead to corrupt and abuse leadership.
