This article describes the emerging theoretical concepts of workplace learning. Several approaches in defining workplace learning are discussed. The diffrentiation between formal and informal learning such as betweeen education and everyday learning, is emphasized. A theory unifying related components in workplace learning is showed to gain insights for future researches. Some components in workplace learning environment are identified. Finally, some possible research problems and related aspects are presented to learn some prespectives to be considered before conducting a research in this field
