Isi artikelThe Indonesian unemployment has remained high because there has been little growth in the economic development which effects the labour force. This situation has motivated the Indonesian Labour force both women and men to work abroad. The objective of this study is to figure out the problem around the mentioned issue. This use primary and seciondary data and analysed with descriptive analysis method. The result shows that the number of the Indonesian Labour increased to average 12.24% per annum, consists of 75.5% women and 24.5% men; 30.82% workingin formal and 68.18% in informal sector; 49.5% in Asia Pacific and 50.5% in Middle East and Africa. The problem they face such as the job do not match to the contratc (35.43%), the poor health conditions (23.50%), unpaid employees (13.59%), unable to work (13.59%), abusement (6.81%) and sexual harassment (5.45%). To overcome this problem, it is compulsory for Indonesian Governance to evaluate, to pay more attention and to increase the quality of the Indonesian labour competence before they owrk abroad, and cover them with the G to G law system.
