THe quality of lecturers is one among factors which determine a University's quality. To maintain their quality, the university needs to measure its lecturer's performance. The objective of this research is to describe the factors that inflyuence the level of the lecturer's performance. The study was conducted in STIE PERBANAS. The population was the 303 lecturers who taught in odd semester 2007/2008 with the 166 respondents selected by random sampling. The parties who assessed them were the students, coordinator lecturer, department/faculty, and lecturers under the coordinator. Performance level of lecturer was stated in the General Point Average (GPA). The data collected and analyzed by Statistics Package for Special Purposes (SPSS) program, and correlation test was used to determine correlation between X and Y. Bivariate Correlation Analysis, Pearson Coefficient Correlation (r) and significat test were used by using 95% of trust. In general, the result of this research explain that compensation, stress, time opportunity to upgrade skll and knowledge, relationship with students and staff, and also the age will effect the lecturer's performance.
