In order to better cope with changes in government policies as well as to increase student's body. UPBJJ UT Bandung has modified its organizational structure. After two years of implementation, it is interesting to evaluate its effects. This article, which was based in a research conducted in the first semester of 2002, discusses how the new organizational structure in UPBJJ UT Bandung effected student's body. Specifically, this article evaluates student participation number through UPBJJ's performance and student's satisfaction in administrative and academic services. Based on data gathered from staff at UPBJJ UT Bandung and students registered at UPBJJ UT Bandung in the first semester of 2002, it is concluded that generally students rated UPBJJ UT Bandung's performance as almost good and that most of the students were satisfied with UPBJJ's service.
