Isi artikelAcademic services which provide access towards academic achievement are considered the main problems of students’ learning at UT. This research is to survey student-based demand in terms of the forms and content of academic services. Some variables which need to be recognized to serving quality services of student learning are student profiles including age, job experiences, and distance to their local service unit. Besides, the quality of academic services has much to do with the quality of course materials, assessment and evaluation system and administration, and student-lecturer communication. Most students face problems in accordance with the quality of course materials, such as content, availability and price, evaluation administration, and the curriculum. Further, students propose a strategy that enable themselves to improve their learning.
