The objective of the study was to evaluate impact on the increasing numbers of enterprise’s size to the growth of production (value added), investment, labor absorption, technology improvement and economic growth by comparing between the small and medium enterprises (UKM) with the large enterprises (UB). An econometric model using simultaneous equations of the pooled data has resulted that the role of UKM has greater contribution to the national economy compared to that of the UB
