According to the agroecosystem calculation, the land utilization on the draw down area of the Saguling Dam at Rancapanggung village has reached its carrying capacity. This was caused by the increased erosion in each land slope which used mixed plant system: rice-corn, rice-bean, corn-soybeans, rice-beans compared to its Total Lost Soil (TLS) value. One of the alternative way to overcome this problem is to build terasering system with the use of mixed plant system: rice-corn, rice-soybeans, corn-soybeans, corn-beans, and soybeans-beans. The other alternative is to change the land utilization to other system such as agroindustry, agrotourism, etc.
