This research analysis the performance of the Saving and Loan Cooperative of JASA in Pekalongan, especially on the financial subject to answer its two main objectives. First, using the ratios of liquidity, solvability, ROA, ROE, and LDR then compared to the performances of State and Private National Banks, concluded that Cooperative has both the comparative and competitive advantages. Second, studying the external factor, the substratum and internal factor of the Cooperative to answer the next research objective, by conclusion that the prospective development of the Cooperative is positive if strategic management is applied.
