Indonesia is very rich of natural resources, especially silver, nickel, cuprum, etc. The distribution of metal-mineral indicated that there is a complementary division between West Indonesian and East Indonesian. This is different from energy mineral which indicates that there is unbalance distribution because most of oil and fuel productive area is located in West Indonesia. The estimated reserve oil in Indonesian is about 48.4 billion BBF, and the estimated fuel, coal, and geothermal energy is about 91.45 trillion CF, 23 billion ton, and 16000 MW. Eventhough the role of oil and fuel is very important as trigger for national economic growth, the other aspect which should be considered is the influence of those natural resources which is very critical and risky for national resilience, aspecially the importance of pattern of supply energy-mineral.
