Isi artikel
The principal driving force for U.S. economic growth in recent years has been the upsurge of new small companies rather than the growth of existing large corporations. The author examines this phenomenon and cities examples of kinds of enterprises that are creating millions of new jobs in the United States. An internationally known management expert, Peter F. Drucker is professor of social science and management at the Claremont Graduate School and professor emeritus of management at the Graduate Business School of New York University. Mr. Drucker has written extensively on management problems, and he has for many years studied, written about, and consulted with entrepreneurial firms. This article originally appeared in the Harvard Business Review.
