Ramsey, Economic Impact's editor-in-chief. Danny J. Boggs became Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy in 1983. A lawyer, Mr. Boggs had extensive previous service with the U.S. Government, including advisory positions with the Office of the President, assistant to the chairman of the Federal Power Commission, deputy minority counsel for the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, and assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States.
