This article is the result of a research on the profile of street vendor business along side Pamulang to Cirendeu street. The research explored demographic characteristics, business handling patterns, and physical environmental condition of the street vendors. The result of this study indicated that the most vendors had low education background (elementary school). Considering to business handling pattern aspect, the street vendor business was considered as a permanent occupation and had been settled on the Pamulang to Cirendeu street for less than 5 years. The average amount of fixed capital to start the business and vendors income’s rate varied, depended on the kind of business. From the environmental aspect identified that the selling places had a good environmental sanitation. This was indicated by the high awareness of the street vendors to the quality of the environmental condition.
