This article discusses production and distribution network in fisherman community. A research in Pangandaran conducted in 2000 was used to develop this article. Data from the research showed that fishermen in Pangandaran community had deve-loped certain social network which include hierarchical, diagonal, and horizontal relationship. Certain relation existed according situation of where and how the interaction orrucced. As for the production and distribution activities in the community, stake hol-ders included cooperation, financial resourch, retail stores, tran-sportation agenst, traders, helpers, repair facilities, and relatives. In the networking, each stakeholder provided significant contribution to the community. However, this networking has not yet fullfill the need of Pangandaran fishermen. Some improvements, such in mechanism of fish-bidding and phisical facilities, were needed to better cater the fishermen needs.
