In order to survive in business world, ones need to prepare themselves with necessary competencies, including entrepreneurship. Formal education system in Indonesia should cater to these needs as it is stated in its 1999 National Blue Print. The necessity to provide pupils with entrepreneurship skill is dominant in vocational schools. It is important to analyze how such schools effect its pupils in term of starting new business after their graduation. This article discusses such case in Yogyakarta city involving three vocational schools major in fashion. A number of 130 samples randomly selected from 305 pupils in the three schools were given questionnaires. The results show that most of the respondents (96.15%) have set their mind on starting new business, especially in the area of custom-made fashion, while the rest choose to pursue their education.
