Abstract
Communication are on the move and constantly changing the world we live. The changing of communication technology has important implications for media industries, individual lifestyles, careers, national policies, social issues and the balance of power in society. Development of printed media was effected by many factors, mainly by technology's innovation and readers. Printed media, which consists of newspaper, magazine and book, face challenges in chain distribution, readers, content format, and its ability to attract other industries to use its advertising spaces. Communication technologies creates an interactive and free spaces to publish anything for anyone from anywhere. Despite the adaptation process which made printed industries in difficult time, digitalization could be a stepping stone for printed industries to serve better and wider.
