| Based on WTO system, the rule of dispute settlement in international trade is regulated in Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU). Concerning with the institution which has authority to settle international trade dispute based on the structure of WTO is Dispute Settlement Body (DSB). DSB does not give a decision for direct dispute settlement but DSB will uses its authority to arrange a panel Based on WTO system, the role of panel in trade dispute settlement is as judicial settlement body and as control body of law enforcement in international trade. |
