| Dumping has been a serious problem when has happened pro and contra between exporter state and importer state. The exporter state does dumping to raise its product to international market, even importer state rejects dumping because it want to protect its domestic product. The rule of international trade has regulated dumping problems in Article VI GATT concerning Anti Dumping Duty. In relation with dumping, Indonesia Government has national policy concerning anti dumping and arranges Anti Dumping Committee. |
