Isi artikel
Professor Solow suggests that it might be better to learn to live with inflation through keeping its effects within tolerable limits than to impose "solutions" that may cause at least as much harm as the problems they are intended to meet. In this analysis, he points out that many people gain from inflation and that there are effective ways of protecting its innocent victims. The author is a native of New York who won his doctorate at harvard in 1951. Dr. Solow began his teaching career at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1950 and was awarded its covered title of Institute Professor three years ago.
